Born, raised and educated in Scotland, I headed south, Dick Whittington-style, to seek my fortune.

Happily married and settled in deepest Kent, I am now retired, after a long career in banking, where I managed IT projects in exotic places like Budapest and Sarajevo.

I write poetry, plays and the occasional short story in both Scots and English, as the mood takes me.
